1. Introduction

hihi77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the hihi77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the hihi77 Platform without the prior written consent of hihi77. Any unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hihi77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. hihi77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination of Account

hihi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account would expose the Company, other players, or third parties to harm or legal risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hihi77 support via Telegram @hihi77official. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hihi77 Platform shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the parties. hihi77 operates an internal complaints procedure — please contact our support team in the first instance, and we will endeavour to resolve any complaint within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to engage in a recognised alternative dispute resolution process before pursuing any other legal remedy. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
